Therapeutic Services

Self-awareness, understanding, and acceptance are the cornerstones of change when seeking a lifestyle that matches your values. A collaborative, client-centred approach that uses the therapeutic relationship to support this change is a key foundation in my work.  I provide psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, parents and families to gain understanding and work through personal and family systems difficulty.

In my practice, I use an integrative approach from a trauma-informed lens that is made of a synthesis of techniques and schools of thought, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),  Mindful Self Compassion and aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and CBT-Insomnia, within a strength-based framework. While the therapeutic process may be fun and exciting at times, it can also be challenging, difficult and sometimes painful. Your commitment is critical to the therapy process and I will offer the same in return. We will work collaboratively as a team through each step to ensure that you feel supported and validated through every step.
